You can also transform an email requiring action into a task by simply forwarding it to a pre defined Task-Base email address, including attachments. All of the feedback for a task is properly structured and stored in the database. Once a task is completed, it is stored as an archive in a list. It helps the task owner and task assignee to track the task progress from beginning to end easily.

Wherever you are, you can send tasks via email directly to Task-Base. You can send a task using email by adding the recipient’s name in Subject followed by \\, The task is sent to the recipient’s Task to Me folder and not into the person’s inbox. You will also find it in your Tasks from Me folder. Task-Base ensures that important tasks are not overlooked and bypassed in the inbox.

Task-Base is web based task management software, but it also allows you to prepare tasks offline in any text editor. Once you are online,you can import whole bundles of tasks. You will find them in Tasks from Me folder and the recipients in Task to Me folders. You can also use this feature to create a checklist for recurrent tasks.

The preparation and administration of minutes and in-company reports is one of the vital features of Task-Base. At meetings, minutes are written and decisions are taken. Tasks are then assigned in order to implement these decisions. Using Task-Base, tasks can be assigned directly from the minutes or report. Task management saves time and increase productivity.
